The BEE Expert Group is dedicated to helping members by providing more knowledge on broad-based black economic empowerment. The B-BBEE Act and The Codes of Good Practice are quite complicated. There
are gaps in the codes that need interpretation, calculations are
required that could be quite daunting. The aim of the BEE Expert Group
is to fill in those gaps, help our members understand the codes, obtain
answers to difficult questions and build up a knowledge base of
valuable information that will help everyone to ultimately improve
their B-BBEE levels.
The BEE Expert Group, has a core of
highly skilled people, with much experience in analysing the BEE codes,
and a group of legal and other advisors who will contribute to improved
understanding of the requirements. |
